Rental

SUBSIDIZED RATES FOR PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS

Monday through Sunday 9am – 6pm for rehearsals or private practice:

• Non-funded Projects or private practice: $15 per hour
• Independant Artists Funded Projects: $20 per hour
• NFP Arts Organizations: $25 per hour
• 6pm onwards: $30 flat rate for as many hours as you like (this rate is for Independent Artists without project funding for rehearsals and private practice)
• If you are an under-resourced dance or theatre artist and want to plan performances or events, please contact us as we would like to support. If there’s a way we can give you free space, work out trade, or provide a very low rental rate, we will!

REGULAR RENTAL RATES

$25-$40 per hour for classes, workshops or private use – depending on the number of people using space. Surcharges for administration and janitorial may be incurred depending on the nature of your activity.

Performances, Events & Exclusive use:

• $50 per hour
• $250 per day exclusive use
